Terms of Service
Effective August 31, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Redress website and services. If you have executed an engagement agreement with Redress, that agreement controls your engagement, and controls over these terms wherever the two conflict.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Redress website or related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, such as the owner of a property, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these terms.
2. The Services
Redress is a service of Vectus AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Redress. We review commercial insurance policies, document billing errors, and pursue premium corrections and competitive renewal placement on behalf of policyholders under a signed engagement agreement.
The website, including the estimate tools, is informational. An engagement begins only when an engagement agreement is executed, and that agreement, together with its fee schedule, governs the engagement.
3. Estimates are illustrations
Savings figures shown on the website are illustrations, not quotes, offers, or guarantees. They rest on stated assumptions, such as documented correction ranges and typical premium levels, and your actual outcome depends on your policy’s facts, the evidence, each carrier’s decisions, and market conditions at renewal. Some reviews find nothing to correct.
4. No legal, appraisal, or coverage advice
Nothing on the website creates an attorney-client relationship, and no content on the website is legal, appraisal, accounting, or tax advice for your specific situation. Content on the website is general information about how premium reviews work, not a recommendation to change, reduce, or cancel any coverage; decisions about your insurance program are made within an executed engagement, in the licensed capacities it states.
5. Your information and authority
You agree that the information you provide, including policy details, contact information, and entity names, is accurate to your knowledge, and that you have authority to provide it and to act for the entity you name.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, interfere with the security or integrity of the website or its infrastructure, scrape or bulk-extract data, or build a competing product. You are responsible for the accuracy of submissions made under your name.
7. Intellectual property
Redress and its licensors own the website and the Services, including all software, content, marks, and documentation. Except as expressly granted, no rights are transferred. Feedback you provide may be used by Redress without restriction.
8. Fees
Use of the website is free. Fees for an engagement are set exclusively by the executed engagement agreement and its fee schedule: a contingent fee on realized recovery, and nothing if nothing comes back.
9. Disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redress disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Redress does not warrant any particular review outcome; warranties and standards of care for an engagement are stated in the engagement agreement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to use of the website. Redress’s total liability arising out of website use will not exceed one hundred dollars. Liability relating to an executed engagement is governed by the engagement agreement, not by these terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or end access to the website for conduct that violates these terms. Termination of an engagement is governed by the engagement agreement.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising under these terms lies in the courts of Orleans Parish, Louisiana.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
14. Contact
